Bandon Oregon is home to several galleries and
shops containing hand crafted art and the works
of art done in metals, wood, glass, oils, and
ceramics along with nautical items. In Bandon,
whale watching is very popular. In late December
the whales migrate south, and in late March they
return. Face Rock Wayside has volunteers to give
you tips on spotting the whales. Early morning
is best before white caps appear.
The
Port of Bandon has several popular visitor
areas. The Marina, Weber's Pier for crabbing and
fishing, the High Dock behind Adventure Kayak,
and the South Jetty.
